Super friendly staff and helpful. Was a smooth enjoyable transaction.
Zero stars. FedEx driver refused to deliver my Walmart order because of weight (70 pounds). If I was CEO of FedEx, any driver refusing to deliver packages assigned to them would be fired on the spot. Reference complaint numbers: C-134664886 C-134677421
It is impossible to talk to a human,I left special instructions on the web account for delivery(which is the only way to communicate) which goes ignored..I have a high end acoustic guitar being thrown around out there that still hadn't been delivered...I cringe when I find out a supplier has used fed ex as a shipper
I get more of my stuff disappear through this office than any delivery service, they are not reliable, and I hate when my supplier has chosen Fed ex, they use rookies, that don't know their way out of a street. And constant turnover, so you never see the same driver
