Was told package would arrive a day early no package tracking number said on truck for delivery never delivered. So 2 days in a row said package was delayed in Plattsburgh, New York.
Excellent customer service and even better delivery!
Need to get better at serving your customers. Called for 2 separate pick ups. Between the 2 they rescheduled the date for the actual pick up 5 times. Don't tell me you can pick it up on Thursday if you don't actually have a truck in that area on Thursdays. Pretty ridiculous. Bring back YRC. Definitely gonna choose another LTL for the next load.
