If I could give lower I would. Package was suppose to be delivered for a week. Finally had to drive to Gaylord to pick it up. The guy never once tried to deliver it and the drive was plowed. Had UPS,USPS and Lowe’s all deliver in that time frame. Choose any other delivery method besides Fed Ex of Gaylord.
I didn’t need FedEx Freight however, they gave me the phone number to FedEx Ground and, they have been mostly great! One young lady driver hand carried my small package 500 feet from the road. The driveway was choked by 3 feet of snow, plowed too narrow for her truck.
The team at the Gaylord office is fantastic! I cannot say enough god things about them. I am new to using FedEx Freight and their customer service was awesome. They all helped me through the process and I am so appreciative. Thank you Gaylord team for the exceptional service!
