The FedEx Freight website offers appointment windows for your delivery, there are a 2-hour windows that you can select when your package will come if you. Must be present to receive then. However this office does not honor those appointments and will deliver the package whenever they feel like it. Doesn't matter if you took the day off work to wait for them, there is no notice or communication and they claim it's not their fault and has nothing to do with them.... they will basically just Gaslight you until you become too fr... read more

Alison was very helpful and understanding of my situation.
I payed $300 for next day on Friday. Monday afternoon still haven't received my order. Completely unable to speak with an actual person at FedEx. Their automated system sucks ass. Will never use FedEx again if I have a choice.
Fed ex phone menu sucks. It wont take my tracking number, I cant talk to a person. I have no way to interact with this company. So frustrating.
