Terrible customer service. They call you one time from a phone that appears as Potential Spam. You call back and get a bot telling you they will call you back but they do not. Then instead of writing a text or something to confirm delivery, they just leave you to assume what happened and will not deliver unless you reach out to them. The girl was also super rude about it and says that only humans answer that number. Clearly does not want to be working there.
I ordered the stuff from Amazon Amazon told me it would be here on a Monday I found out that they had it and it didn't get out of the state of California Friday and I ordered it on a Monday and I didn't get it till almost 2 weeks
