If i could give fedex no stars I would, unfortunately the package i ordered i couldn't pick my carrier. From now on I'll never order anything if it comes from fedex. Highly disappointed i needed this package for a trip and it looks like I won't be getting that package for said trip. How do you mess up that bad. The package was already in Rhode Island to be delivered in Rhode Island. Ive worked at ups and honestly they got more of their shit together than fedex does. Won't be using FedEx Freight ever again. Driver messed up, impossible to get in touch with people, ended up paying extra for delivery. Will use other shippers from here on out.

Was called by a polite woman to schedule the delivery. She asked where it would be placed. I said by the cellar bulkhead in the backyard, she said that was fine and gave a 10-12 window for delivery. On the day of the delivery, both 10-12 passed. I finally called and asked about my shipment and they said the delivery window was stretched to 3pm. At 5 of 3 the driver called saying he was 8 minutes away. 45 minutes later he arrived. I had the driveway cleared of cars, the gate to the back open. He took my package off the truck,... read more
