FedEx BETHPAGE I had a very frustrating experience with FedEx. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and it’s been days without any resolution. Despite contacting customer service, I haven’t received any helpful response or solution. This lack of communication and accountability is really disappointing. I expected better service and reliability.
This facility and management of this facility gives FedEx a bad name. They do not intentially delivery freight on time. Something melicious is going on with employees at this facility... They lie and enter information in the system that is not correct... FedEx needs to investiage..
