Customer service people are great, however trying to get through to schedule a pickup is horrible, even with the number that is given to us to call for a pickup you can not get through the automated answering center without being able to get to a live customer service agent orcontinuously getting hung up on when it says we will transfer you,
Unfortunately, if you ship to this area, it goes through this center. Other carriers honor their delivery timelines, but for this carrier "2 day shipping" actually means it'll sit in the warehouse for an additional 3-4 days, guaranteeing that any livestock has died or will soon. Use this place only if you enjoy torturing animals.
Delivery driver William Rosado went way above and beyond in delivering a very large, bulky and awkwardly packaged double door, solved several difficult logistical issues, and was friendly and patient throughout. Give this man a raise and promotion!
