Initial ship time estimate was too optimistic, and tracking was slow to update. Personnel at the station were very helpful and made pickup easy.

Cant get a human on the phone. Equipment we ordered shipped earlier then expected and we were to be closed for delivery date. I called two numbers and both routed to automated phone system. I asked to change delivery day. It confirmed and asked for tracking which i provided. They told me the delivery day for the package and asked if i needed more help. The people at the front gate are always very nice and helpful. For the most part, the drivers are considerate of others. Tonight, I stopped at the front gate to check in because, as a Custom Critical driver, we are required to do so. As I was stopped and talking to the guard, the driver behind me started flashing his high beams at me. He was a doubles driver. He obviously had no idea what anyone else was required to do and was a very rude individual who should not be allowed to represent any company with his attitude. 6:30pm... read more
