Customer service people are great, however trying to get through to schedule a pickup is horrible, even with the number that is given to us to call for a pickup you can not get through the automated answering center without being able to get to a live customer service agent orcontinuously getting hung up on when it says we will transfer you,

Other carriers honor their delivery timelines, but for this carrier "2 day shipping" actually means it'll sit in the warehouse for an additional 3-4 days, guaranteeing that any livestock has died or will soon. Use this place only if you enjoy torturing animals.
