Terrible delivery service never follow delivery instructions, I have lost several packages do to there incompetence
They destroyed the package due to their lack of meticulousness, will not even deliver back to shipper or even confirm with photos or destroyed content to me the customer. Also, they will not help at all to fix their mistakes and lack of due diligence. After multiple calls, multiple emails. Weeks of waiting. They put their mistakes on the customer or the shipper to handle what they caused. Fedex is just as capable as a toddler who wants a sippy cup.
