Worst service ever
FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.
Terrible service. The employees send you somewhere else, claiming that it’s too expensive there—and they don’t offer you a quote or anything at all.
I was denied service to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico—one of Mexico's most popular tourist destinations—and the staff treated me very poorly; the service was terrible, they were rude, and they kicked me out.
