The worst experience working with a company I have ever had. I had about 5 phone reps hang up on me when they got attitude and didn't know how or didn't want to help me. In total it took about 8 phone calls wasting hours of my time. Every phone rep I talked to had a different answer, no one knew what they were doing but every single one had a horrible attitude and did everything but help. I absolutely hate calling FedEx even though it's our shipping of choice. However, I just spoke to the most pleasant person at this terminal. I didn't get yelled at. She was casual, friendly and she listened. Thank you!

Thanks, Andrew. Another delivery where you didn't follow delivery instructions. I am disabled and cant get to the package locker. I put please deliver to front door on all labels, its in the delivery instructions on my Fed Ex app and the leasing office took my name out of the computer and put deliver to front door and you still put it in the package locker. Thanks for discriminating against me.
