I'm having an issue with my billing. I can't get a straight answer. I went to the office, and they really couldn't help me on my billing. They gave me an email to address my issue, really. When a customer has a billing problem, the customer does not want to send anybody an email to get their billing problem fixed. We want to call somebody directly to fix the billing problem. I am small business so I depend on reliable and on time deliveries. my recent freight delivery has been delayed due to weather in Sacramento. When over the past week the weather has been very favorable. However I was told over the course of (3) days delay due to weather.
