This FedEx location is really convenient if you’re coming from or going toward the border. It’s very close to the border crossing, which is probably the biggest advantage of this location. I know the surrounding area isn’t necessarily the best, but when it comes to convenience and distance from the border, this is definitely one of the closest FedEx locations you can use. 0 stars. The package was never moved from here for 5 days. No update, no delivery attempts. Customer service is reading off a script so it's nearly useless to call. They "escalate" the situation but that means nothing when 4 hours later, there's still no response as to wether I can pick up the package myself or if it's actually in the truck. They're te worst, avoid fedex if you can. Ups has given no issues and even usps has done better.
