Gregy was my representative. She refused to transfer me to a manager for my shipment of several hundred thousand dollar material order going to my jobsite today. Absolutely ridiculous. I provided the tracking number I was given but she apparently could not find the order even though I had just talked to someone else at Fedex Freight earlier this morning and was told the shipment was on the way. Use a different company. I can pretty much guarantee that your delivery will get delayed. I've had several packages shipped through these guys and it's always the same. I get a notice that the delivery is arriving, it doesn't come then I get another notice that it's rescheduled to the next day. The next day I get another notice it's rescheduled to the next day. If that day is a Friday forget it, you won't see it until the middle of the next week. BTW I've not had this issue with FedEx Express or other freight companies. Thes... read more

This local office fail to deliver and even charge me a redelivery fee, the supervisor is also super unhelpful.
