They have three of my packages "out for delivery" for 2 days now. Automated contact systems are no help - can't talk to a human. Like another review said, this must be where packages go to die. Would give zero stars if possible.
Use UPS. Fedex is HORRIBLE, if something is being delivered from fedex order it a month ahead so it can POTENTIALLY arrive in time! And don’t expect a legit update on where your package might be in transit! If it says out for delivery 9/10 times it’s lying!!!!
Lousy service
I am not even giving them one star. Fed Ex is the worst. I have never received my package on the delivery date. When I call the number I am repeatedly hung up on by their computer operator and unable to speak with an actual person. I have filed several complaints with their company and that has done absolutely nothing. Why can they not deliver when they are supposed to like UPS does. And when my package is just sitting in their facility for 2 or 3 days they won't even let me pick up my package from them
