The attendant was very nice but I was told by a paralegal that the document was incorrectly completed by the attendant and I would need to print , sign and notarize another document. I'm upset because this was money wasted .

i love coming here the owner is as sweet and nice and friendly as she can be. I feel safe and appreciated as a customer and person here. I would recommend this location for all of anyones mailbox and fed ex needs and notary and copying services.

Came to do a simple shipment for a return and the clerk said I had to print everything off as they don't scan the bar code. I have done this plenty of times. First time with an issue. Such an inconvenience and waste of time

One of the employees was nice and fairly professional, the other was oddly unable to communicate properly and seemed put out by my printing needs. IMPORTANT: if you need to print at this location, the documents you email do not go directly to the printer but a Gmail address to be opened, downloaded, and viewed by the employees. This is incredibly concerning as private and personal documents are not secure!
