Being open for only an hour a day is ridiculous imo but to each their own, but when I call and ask that a delivery be rerouted to another time because I can't make it at the time they originally would come and then not even coming with my package makes this the most inconvenient and pointless customer service. What's the point of having someone say they will update the delivery time and then not even doing it? I've used FedEx for many years because couple places insist on using them. I think they are by far the worst delivery company out their. Service sucks and employees seem to be meth heads. If you call the customer service. You have to lie and say you're returning a call is only way I could find to speak with someone.

I was home, I have on camera the driver walking up to my door taking the "proof of failure to deliver" picture then leaving

No phone number to be found ANYWHERE. I arrived after being told by fedex my package was at this location and I could pick it up any time today. I even asked if they had certain hours I needed to come. They said no, and that the location sent a note to the person I was on the phone with that I could pick up the package today. I drove 1.5 hours to pick up the package because my "express package" for some reason was delayed until the following week. Made no sense.
