Finally found it lol
The other review was very helpful for me to find the drop box - it's in the parking space on ground level, 'beneath' the building. This dropbox is great because you can drop off packages in a drive-thru style - easier if you have an SUV or a truck.
It does exist, you have to drive into the buildings underground parking lot from either street.
