How often is the box checked?? I'm still waiting on my package to be shipped. I tried to call FedEx customer service and the answering machine wouldn't let me speak to an actual person. FedEx has no email to contact. I also tried to schedule a pickup from my doorstep before I resorted to putting it in their dropbox and FedEx did not pick it up. This is so awful, I'm sticking to USPS! update: they lost my package smh.
I have a package that was put in Dropbox at Klaus building on ga tech campus that needed to be shipped right away. It is Monday and the package is still sitting in that box because the tracking is at a standstill. Can someone please get that package . It's very important. Thank you
