Whatever you do DO NOT drop off at this location. They lost my package a month ago and FedEx refuses to take responsibility. Either avoid using FedEx all together or go to a person and get a confirmation number. The worst.
Dropped off a package that contained clothing I sold to someone, it’s been a whole week and tracking was never updated. FedEx is impossible to get in contact with, I don’t recommend using this drop box. I don’t know if this one never gets checked but this is unacceptable, I’ve now lost money and the package.
Dropped 1 small box. Product has not made it to destination. Called FedEx customer service for help, they can't help, package not found. Package was labeled and had barcode. According to FedEx rep. package has not been scanned yet. Dropped off package 6 days ago. Do not use this location.
