I walked in at the FedEx drop off location on University Drive, Huntsville, Al. (since it doesn't say here, I am making sure I credit the correct location)... I received instant assurance I would be seen as soon as possible. There were several in line therefore I was anticipating a long wait. No, I was there maybe 15 mins. I even had an issue with my AT&T pkg. I was happy for the fix with my pkg. with contacting At&t, and walking out within 15 minutes! Seemed like great teamwork there!
