Worst experience ever with tracking 2 days they said they would be here i called off and they never showed! Now I have to wait until Monday and I CANNOT afford to miss anymore work! I'm tired of this! I paid for my item, I paid for 2 day shipping and now it'll be 7× days until I get it. They don't bring your product to an actual place you can just pick up it's left out in a drop box. If you order off spectrum they use fed ex NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!
Shipment tracking indicates the 0.6# package with needed parts bouncing around day after day (4 days now) 38 miles from Ashtabula in Grove City Pa. Roads are clear. Never again, USPS or UPS. So much for paying extra. Shipped from supplier, moved well till arrival in Grove City. Will order another part to be delivered USPS. Will have new part before this (where am I) order gets delivered. Will return original to supply house for full refund.
Waited 3 separate days for a package for signature release. All three days it stated that they "attempted to make delivery". NOT ONCE did a delivery person even arrive at my address, and I personally waited 8 hours two out of the three days. My security camera footage for all three days ALSO confirm this. Attempted to contact customer service and was met with no help as to the whereabouts of the package. Also would not provide the driver's ID number for each route that day or a direct contact for the Ashtabula hub supervisor... read more
Literally sat by my door for an hour and got a text " sorry we missed you! We'll try again tomorrow". Absolutely sorry company....
