Easy to find and use
I was told my package was here for pickup. There was no one here to give me my package. I called FedEx and was told the location was only open from 6:00am until 7:00am. I came back at 6:00am. Still no one here. Worst customer service ever!!
No one was there for my friend to get their package. Tried calling and the automated system was not easy to navigate to get a human.
