Extremely convenient; close to our house. Our package was a return, so it was already wrapped, and labeled. I only had drop it off and wait while we agent printed out our receipt. The surprise was that when I entered, two of them were busy wrapping a large, awkward-looking box, and they both stopped, left what they were doing, and came to help me.
