Dropped off a package in this bin and it never started tracking for some reason. I have now been begging FedEx customer service to help me locate this return merchandise package and the merchant generated FedEx label. I just dropped a ground package by accident in an express Dropbox and now it's lost!?!??. Doesn't really make sense, FedEx should have scanned the package regardless of where or how it's getting delivered
