I found it! It's in James Tower, on the first floor outside room 104, the offices of Robert Pritchett, Charlie Fair, Paul Swanson, and Josh Johnson (as of may 2025). Find the Center for Health and Fitness. With that on the right hand side, continue to the end of the hall and then turn right. Don't try to find it based on the other reviews on this page. There are several dumpsters, and 17th Avenue does not exist on that block. Cardiology is also not in that location, at least as of today
Couldn’t find it! Checked near the dumpsters as reviewers had said and asked the hospital too. Only found the Amazon locker and USPS ones. FYI, I took a sky bridge in the hospital to James tower and found one near the mailboxes there. Wouldn’t recommend doing that though as I just got lucky after walking around for maybe an hour and asking a bunch of people. Hospital staff doesn’t really know anything about it either. Hospital info desk was able to help me find the location. FedEx drop box is located inside the hospital, next to the mailboxes on the 17th Ave side of the building.
