If I could give zero stars I would. We have used this box with no problems until last week. I dropped packages in the box on Thursday, April 11, 2024 and they still have not been picked up. That was five days ago. I called FedEx and the lady I spoke to told me that there wasn't a drop box located at 1900 Envoy Circle, however I have been successfully using it until now. There is not a note on it that it is no longer in service. I had to put stop payments on the checks and now am taking our packages to the FedEx store. I aske... read more
In the far back right corner behind all the buildings at the back corner of the large parking lot! Pickup is 6:15 PM and no pick up on Saturday/Sunday. Broken pick up indicator.
