terrible customer service!!
Had a rough morning, but this location turned it around with a 5-star experience. Patrick at the counter was patient, clear, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Truly appreciated the service. I’ll definitely come back here for any important parcels. (Aug 2025)
I needed some complex mailing labels that only the FEDEX Ship Center at this location is authorized to do. The building is modern and easily visible. There was no line, and I was immediately assisted by an agent who was professional, helpful, courteous, and efficient. This was a awesome experience. This Ship Center is highly recommended.
Worst courier service ever!!! If you want your package to arrive when you need it, choose a different courier. My sender just doesn’t have any options cause of Canada Post disruptions
