I needed some complex mailing labels that only the FEDEX Ship Center at this location is authorized to do. The building is modern and easily visible. There was no line, and I was immediately assisted by an agent who was professional, helpful, courteous, and efficient. This was a awesome experience. This Ship Center is highly recommended.
Worst courier service ever!!! If you want your package to arrive when you need it, choose a different courier. My sender just doesn’t have any options cause of Canada Post disruptions
Needed to send our neighbour’s mails overseas and been contemplating to go to a FedEx Authorized ShipCentre or an actual depot manages by FedEx. Glad I chose the latter at the Commissioners location. There was no line when we got there and spacious free parking. The agent (Patrick) was super helpful and courteous to help me navigate the process that resulted in savings with an account creation). Overall a pleasant experience that restores faith in customer service (and shoutout to Patrick!).
Unbelievable how bad things can be when you really try!! They were supposed to deliver a Christmas present to our house ( ordered 12 December, what could possibly go wrong?) but five times they came by then left without delivering the goods. After four days of this. I phoned and arranged them to leave at a depot. Didn’t happen. Instead they managed to find a time I was out, then stated that “customer refused delivery” and completely cancelled my order.
