Scam company. Fedex Cross Border not same as FedEx shipping company. My 2 parcels never reached me and I sent 10 emails to FCB, but didn't get a single reply. After 2 months the tracking (slow updates) showed it reached destination Singapore pending customs for 12 days and routed back to hub in Sweden!! It's crazy the parcels weren't even delivered to my address in Singapore. Authorities should shut this scam company down!
I ordered some goods and they sent using this. I did not receive up to now I do not know where to make a follow up. Very bad service.
It’s so bad my package arrived late - like extremely late over 1 month and it came soaking wet my package was fragile and the things inside broke - got a refund from the company which is good
Absolutely disgusting. I sent a few orders via Fedex Cross Border. None was delivered. Tried contacting CS a few times. Noone bothered to reply. They say I have a manager allocated to me but phone calls or emails are not answered. Inexistent customer support, inexistent delivery service, orders are lost, returned without a reason and lost on the way back, delayed, CS does not care about you or your problems.
