I had a return for FedEx and took the package and QR code to them. They said they can’t scan a QR code???? I needed the bar code. All the return said was bring package and QR code to FedEx return provider with QR code. I return via UPS all the time with just a QR code no problem. I went to the other FedEx drop off in plaza further down and they scanned QR code with no problem. Either she didn’t know what she was doing or talking about or they have an outdated system that can’t scan a simple QR code!
Horrible service, the older woman attending was incredibly rude. Will never go there again. There was also the odor of dog in the whole establishment. Would have been better off driving to Fort Myers.
