This is why you don't use Fedex. While this is probably not directly asscoiated with this location, it is a Fedex wide issue and they are most local to me. No communication and clowning around with my package for FOUR days. This arrived at the distribution centre nearest my house within 48 hrs of being shipped and now has spent four days and counting with Fedex. T R A S H.
Stay away from FedEx!!! They have really dropped off as far as customer service!
Worst place ever call to see where we're my package was and told me very rudely while rasing her voice judt so unprofessional I was getting false shipping notifications and she ( needa) should take a different profession other then customer service if if u wanna be rude to ppl
A failed attempt delivery while I was home and it’s been taking forever to reattempt delivery. An horrible mess of a company. You can’t even talk to a real person. Purolator is better off!
