Incompetent service. They wasted my time, told me to come back to finish the shipment only to be told they can't ship it out. Great way of doing service there!
I am trying to speak with a customer service representative about an employee who made a delivery to our building on June 17, 2025 at 2:35pm. I am in the downtown Kitchener area. There is some damage to our property. We have pictures and videos. It is impossible to speak with a human regarding this situation. I simply want to discuss the possibility of reimbursement for the property that was damaged. I would appreciate a reply from someone in administration who can guide me on next steps. Thank you
This is why you don't use Fedex. While this is probably not directly asscoiated with this location, it is a Fedex wide issue and they are most local to me. No communication and clowning around with my package for FOUR days. This arrived at the distribution centre nearest my house within 48 hrs of being shipped and now has spent four days and counting with Fedex. T R A S H.

Stay away from FedEx!!! They have really dropped off as far as customer service!
