Absolutely Unreliable – Ruined My Wife’s Birthday I am beyond furious with FedEx. I trusted them with delivering a brand-new Xbox I bought as a birthday gift for my wife, and they completely ruined the surprise. The package was scheduled for delivery DAYS ago, yet it’s still “in transit” with zero useful updates. Incompetent service. They wasted my time, told me to come back to finish the shipment only to be told they can't ship it out. Great way of doing service there!
