Absolutely Unreliable – Ruined My Wife’s Birthday I am beyond furious with FedEx. I trusted them with delivering a brand-new Xbox I bought as a birthday gift for my wife, and they completely ruined the surprise. Incompetent service. They wasted my time, told me to come back to finish the shipment only to be told they can't ship it out. Great way of doing service there!
I am trying to speak with a customer service representative about an employee who made a delivery to our building on June 17, 2025 at 2:35pm. I am in the downtown Kitchener area. There is some damage to our property. We have pictures and videos. It is impossible to speak with a human regarding this situation. I simply want to discuss the possibility of reimbursement for the property that was damaged. I would appreciate a reply from someone in administration who can guide me on next steps. Thank you
