Absolutely terrible service. Refused to box up my boxed laptop in an extra box (double box) without charging me an extra 40 bucks on top of the price of the extra box and shipping. I had to walk down the street to a UPS store to have them box it for me for free after I paid for the box. It is very standard service at all shipping places to box up your thing when you pay for shipping and the box (as evident at the UPS). This is inside Staples. The depot is in the back / side. Staff here are very quick & helpful. Make sure to ask them which courier they feel is the most reliable. Avoid Purolator.
Dropped off my Fedex package inside Staples. Short wait line and quick processing. They offer better packaging at extra cost
I ask for where is the fedex facility and they said they dont know told me to search it up i hope they are fired for good the service is so bad that 1 star looks rlly generous
