I ask for where is the fedex facility and they said they dont know told me to search it up i hope they are fired for good the service is so bad that 1 star looks rlly generous
Extremely slow service. Long line. It’s ridiculous to wait 20 just to drop iff a return.
I used FedEx to send and receive my passport and it costs me about $90 (regular fee not express). While the price of the express post service via Canada post is about $40. Why FedEx is that much expensive ?!!
Everytime I go here I’m told my parcel hasn’t arrived and it takes them forever to find it. Staff misgendered me as well.
