I want to write the whole review for people to read and for FedEx to understand that they need to do better, this is people's lives and livelihoods that they're messing around with! We've been trying to get this Christmas package for a while now and yes it's a big box so they want somebody to sign for it, they came around four different times without calling us or notifying us that they were here and each time my landlord who has no right to sent them away. My urgent package got delayed for a full day without any reason, even though I dropped it off in the morning. Then the delivery driver didn't make any attempt to deliver and didn't leave any door notice.
