was told to bring a QR code to scan with my package and when I got to this location they said they were having problems with the QR code and that I would have to go print the label over at the print center or print at home and come back. no worries so I go over to the print centre and told the guy the situation and he said "ok just upload your document here and we can print" and then asks me to pay. like bro...your system is down the least you can do is print 1 shipping label for me for the inconvenience. just failing at bas... read more
It's at the back of a Staples. I came cause I had to return a Rogers modem. I was in and out of the store within a minute. The employee just scanned my bar code, didn't ask any questions, taped up my box, and handed me the receipt. It was so fast and efficient!

Very rude customer service. I went to ship my fedex package, the indian girl working there didnt greet, didnt say anything. I waited for 5 mins and had to ask her if its done??!! She literally rolled her yes and nodded.
Person working at FedEx threw out my return label that I needed. Then told me I needed a return label or pay to ship it out to Apple (as if I know the address and contact information of where Apple is) when I came back an hour later to return my phone that needed to be repaired. Wasted my entire day here. The phone number listed goes to customer support, not the on-site location. The Staples phone number listed that this Fedex is located inside goes to LIFE INSURANCE.
