I waited 25 minutes to mail a letter then was told they don't mail letters so im not sure why this place even exists. They directed me to go to north service road which also doesn't mail letters. Turns out no fedex location does. Between the two i spent an hour and got nothing accomplished. Save yourself the headache and just use Purolator.

*This place is located INSIDE the Staples on Fairview.* The woman who helped me was very kind and courteous. She helped me tape up a package I was returning and was attentive.
