Great service
I had a truly dreadful experience with FedEx. They managed to deliver my limited edition collector's item to the wrong address, and their delivery driver couldn't even be bothered to double-check where they had placed my order. To make matters worse, the customer service was utterly useless. I couldn't believe there was no signature required for such an important item, and now it's lost forever due to the incompetence of FedEx's workers.
