We shipped our passports on Dec12, 2025 from Fedex Shipment Center. We explained our ask that we are shipping our passports to Ottawa Visa Center and need to be send back with a return label. We stated our service clearly, he said he created and charged us for both send and return. Our visas issued on Dec 18th and we received our passports on Jan 21st! 30days later!
