I have called the store multiple times. I couldn’t get a customer service representative to talk to about a delivery I have. I haven’t gotten an update about my package since 9:30 am and it was supposed to be delivered by a certain time. I was forced to talk to the automated system. The call kept getting disconnected. It couldn’t even transfer me to a CSR. I have never experienced this before and I am not happy.
