Do NOT use Fed Ex they are having “issues” in Ontario I’m told. One day delivery to Montreal taking over 10 days. No complaints about customer service at this location though although they knew Fed Ex was having problems and should have told me this. Their delivery guarantee apparently doesn’t apply to one day shipping. The guarantee has been suspended since March 2020. It’s only Express and Overnight/ Priority. Phone to be delivered to Mtl within 24 hrs, still stuck in TO one week later. Tracker states the package is "delayed" and customer service cannot give an explanation as to why it is not being delivered, nor when it will be. Impossible to get it out of their system to send it through another company. No promise of refund, reduction in price. They simply say, "Sorry, try again in a week. Complain through our website." Absolutely terrible experience that just keeps repeating itself with FedEx. My package was supposed to be delivered July 8th and it got pushed back 2 days now. It’s a highly urgent package that I need before 5 pm because otherwise it can potentially, and most likely will, ruin my plans. I was told the package would be here by end of day July 9th, called multiple times and was assured it would be. Amazing customer service had to send a package via FedEx here and Nick and Rashad helped me out and answered all questions I had. Very seamless process.
Nick was so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he was so calm and walked me through everything I needed to do to make it stress free for me :)
