If I could give 0 stars I would. If you dare call yourself a shipcentre, then it’s only logical that you sell the necessary equipment like envelopes, boxes, and carry essentials like consignee pouches and tape. Which shipagent has NO TAPE?!? And the service is just plain rude and not even trying to help. “Just go somewhere else if you want a pouch”. Please. Save yourself the trip to this abysmal “shipcentre” and go elsewhere.
