Terrible service. In line for 30 mins just to pick up a package. Just one person “trying” to help everyone. Line was massive.
I would have given 0 stars to the team serving customers at this FedEx location. Manager Lily leads a team of people who do not know how to do their job and lack Customer Service skills. Here is why: with the door tag, text confirmation from FedEx and confirmation email from FedEx they were unable to locate a package scanned by a FedEx employee the day before. They kept telling me that I need a tracking number without making any effort to find the package in their storage room!! Not only the team is lacking the skills needed... read more
My envelope took too long to reach its destination. It cost me quite a lot to mail it, however, it arrived over one week later. Too long in my book.
