Complete incompetence and laziness was shown today. My wife stayed at home all day waiting for a package from FedEx but the delivery guy didn't even bother to knock the door or ring the buzzer so he took it back to Barry and customer service said that the van couldn't make it back tonight there's absolutely no excuse for this! This is just unacceptable!!! I will never trust FedEx with services again!
