Zero help - zero interest in trying to help. Never using this location again. I am surprised they are an official FedEx dropoff/pickup location with such lack of service.

Package tampered with, bags for protection inside of box were cut, looks like they attempted to steal the device and didn’t need the device I purchased. Package required signature and was pushed 3 days later than original delivery date. Had to take time off of work, and my package was tampered with. Companies should know better than to use FedEx. Delivery man didn’t even come in uniform which made the drop off even more sketchy. Absolutely disgusting and huge waste of my time.
Worst customer service, the person in charge looks like he doesn’t even want to work , he was acting like he was not going to be paid for his work and he doesn’t even explain what services they have and the ones they don’t .
