They won’t honour the “no printer required” option of your FedEx shipment, so only go there if you have a printed label or you’ll be wasting your time.
Process was real quick. I went in to ship a return package. Cashier scanned my box and asked to leave it in a box just behind me. Got my return within a week.
Zero help - zero interest in trying to help. Never using this location again. I am surprised they are an official FedEx dropoff/pickup location with such lack of service.
