FedEx has terrible drivers. There is ALWAYS a delivery issue. They never deliver to the right location. How does a package matked clearly for suite 505, end up at 605? Why are packages left in the lobby and not brought upstairs, to the delivery address? The drivers are purely incompetent! Zero stars! Further, when you file a complaint, it goes no where. They simply close the complaint a couple days later, with no further follow up, or word of conclusion to the customer. Do way better FedEx!
I absoluately HATE Fedex! Zero stars for me.
Delivery person don't even care to call when they have the number to reach out customer . Poor service waisted my day waiting for this bad service . And they don't even update the time for delivery,tracking number is also a glitch. It showed me Deliver delayed and later I got call saying I missed the delivery . Poor poor service
