Fedex has the worst service I have ever seen! There is not even one single time that I have a shipment with fedex and it comes on time and without any problem! Always late, not finding the address, lies and horrible drivers! Why they must be existed at all?!!!
FedEx has terrible drivers. There is ALWAYS a delivery issue. They never deliver to the right location. How does a package matked clearly for suite 505, end up at 605? Why are packages left in the lobby and not brought upstairs, to the delivery address? The drivers are purely incompetent! Zero stars! Further, when you file a complaint, it goes no where. They simply close the complaint a couple days later, with no further follow up, or word of conclusion to the customer. Do way better FedEx!
