Only one staff is working. Very slow. Unbelievable. The wait time to send an express mail is major than 30 minutes.
Gotta hand it to them, they had all the boxes ready, the staff was well organized, they worked a long line very efficiently. Nice job!
Stood in line to drop off with no attendant while staff looks over at us and looks away and others just walking around chatting. 10mins later, one of them walks over to help and says package is too long and won't fit in the van. Her explanation was once they load it with boxes, my item won't fit. Will never return to this place. Staff doesn't want to be there, its as if they're doing me a favour.
