Why would they hire someone who has no idea what they are doing, not only that, but the front desk staff yells at you if you don’t know either even though it’s their job. Please hire a new front desk staff - I wouldn’t trust this place with my packages Worse customer experiences experience I’ve ever seen in my life

The person attending the front desk is sweet but clearly too addled to offer effective service. I waited for several minutes for him to plod out from the back room, and when he arrived he said I'd have to come around the desk and look for my package myself because his bad back no longer allowed him to bend. Then the process of verifying my ID and registering my parcel as delivered took AGES. He had to enter my info three times before he got it right. Perhaps he should ponder retirement?

They want $5 to print a label and won't follow the instructions of the vendor (original packaging), maybe so they can charge more. Found them unfriendly and unhelpful and went to another location.
