EDIT: the embassy finally confirmed they didn’t receive anything either. So we can confirm that this location has stolen $92 dollars from me I bought a prepaid waybill that was supposed to get emailed to myself and to the embassy in Toronto to ship my passports to Calgary and never received any email from FedEx. This business and the man running the counter was one of the single worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. His attitude was combative, unhelpful, rude, and in retrospect I should have checked the reviews as it seems I am not the first and will most likely not be the last to have this type of experience. Short brown old man - rude and extremely grumpy. Needs to be fired asap. Give that job to someone who is a professional in customer service and will appreciate the job that pays their bills.
