They just tell you they're not working. While clearly accepting other clients. When I asked how that was possible, they just said - check the whole of Toronto, FedEx doesn't work at all right now. Even though! Just in 2 mins walk away, there's a Staples FedEx location and they helped me with no problem. Stay away from here!!
There’s a reason why they have one star. Actually, there are many reasons. Mine is that they only accept packages the size of a credit card. Anything larger and you need to go to a real Fed Ex location. Those will be the ones with 2/5 instead of 1/5 stars. Good luck. You’ll need it.
I brought an online return here in its original packaging. The staff member refused to accept it as-is, claiming it wouldn't hold and that I needed to tape it. However, he then tried to charge me $3.50 just to put tape on a prepaid return package. I walked away to tape it myself, only to be yelled at by staff at a different FedEx location for taping the original box. Difficult owner. I will never be back. Wake up FedEx, cancel affiliation with this place!
