The worse experience. The man working there was very rude. You felt like you were bothering him for giving him the business. Why should FedEx still using this shop?
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The owner was on the phone upon our arrival and stated that he did not know anything about drop-off services. When we clarified that the store offers FedEx services, his behavior became rude and confrontational, and he made inappropriate remarks. There was no effort to help, and the interaction felt unprofessional.
The guy knows nothing. Very rude. FedEx should stop this location.
