So easy, friendly and fast.
Terribly run FedEx inside Staples. Only one staff “in-training” working during peak weekend lines. You can see the return items stacked - some scanned, some not. Take your chances here. I came to pick up a hold-order item. Originally the girl pulled it out from the back on a dolly as it was heavy. Then pulled it off the dolly and kicked/pushed it with her foot the rest of the way just to the desk. Then proceeded to help the next customer in line. I guess it’s too much to offer the dolly for use for an obviously heavy item.
$35 cost for a delivery service to Quebec City seems high. I had asked for next day and my tracking showed two days. A bit disappointing… And when I tried calling, I was put on hold for awhile and just hung up.
