Worst company i have ever dealt with. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their policy is that for someone else to pick up my package for me they have to share the same last name and address. So if you live alone and are single, they will refuse to allow you to have anyone else pick up your items for you. Even if you authorize it. Their policies are discriminatory and ridiculous. I hope they go out of buisness quickly, do not use them.
The lady manager is so nice, professional, friendly and helpful!
