April 2nd I was driving on Balfour st in Saskatoon11:45 am. In my lane was a FedEx truck parked in my driving lane. .I stopped as the driver got out of the truck. I asked why he was parked on the road in front of me, he flipped me the bird. When I told him I would call the office,he yelled back and said go ahead... RUDE...
