Welcoming staff and fast process.
Brought a safely packed item to deliver in a plain box. Was told to purchase a new box to put this box inside because FexEd "wouldn't like" my box. (+$6.00). The shipping center couldn't provide any cushioning for my box which was now loose inside a much too large box. Had to purchase bubble wrap (+$17.00). The cost increased because the package dimensions were now larger. The price was shown to me for confirmation.
