Not sure if this is the right place to leave a review for this but I am furious. I have purchased an item online which i paid a hefty amount for. i have been monitoring our doorbell camera all day. driver finally comes to drop off my package, tried talking to him thru our doorbell camera and he completely ingnored me. I was going to ask politely that he leaves the package at our deck instead of the front. he ignores me and didnt even ring the doorbell to notify me. i am infuriated
Drivers cant follow simple instruction to use buzzer with provided code.
Worst customer service experience.
I was nervous coming to ship things due to previous reviews — I had a great experience though! I was given many options for shipping, with all the prices shown. There was no line up, it was quick and easy and I got a $5 off coupon for staples.
