Completely useless! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!
Took my package the first time, but not the second time
This was just a disappointment but not my first time even at another location when on the site tells you can get get a prepaid shipping FedEx but in truth you can't and the reps don't really have the information. They were very nice though.
